Dhouha Allal is FIRST SIGHT S.a.r.l. Founding Partner and Managing Director. FIRST SIGHT is a global consulting firm, providing services in Strategy Consulting, Strategic Marketing Communications and Business Development for Governments, Companies, Organizations and Individuals.
Dhouha Allal obtained her Bachelor´s degree in Commerce (Academy of Versailles, France), specializing in Marketing and Innovation Process Development.
Her Strategic Business Development expertises led her use thoughts (in conjunction with out –of-the-shell creativity), and par excellence quality of services to build a strong and successful business.
She has more than 15 years of international living and working experience across different continents. She has worked extensively with European and Arabic companies as they seek to balance innovation and execution under challenging real world conditions, including time and resource constraints.
Her advises are largely based upon her knowledge about culture and its impact on business development. This multilingual global citizen brings to every assignment, her European leadership, French joie de vivre, Arabic work ethics, Mediterranean warmth and unique world insights.
She strongly believes that cultural intelligence and networking skills provide the key to success.
My philosophy to business
When you are curious, you find lots of interesting things to do. And one thing it takes to accomplish something is courage.
Somehow I cannot believe there are any heights that cannot be scaled by a man who knows the secret of making dreams come true. This special secret, it seem to me can be summarized in four C's. They are Curiosity, Confidence, Courage and Constancy and the greatest of these is confidence. When you believe a thing, believe it all the way, implicitly and unquestionably.
At First Sight, when we consider a project, we really study it not just the surface idea, but everything about it. And when we go into that new project, we believe in it all the way. We have confidence in our ability to do it right. And we work hard to do the best possible job.
The way to get starting is to quit talking and begin doing. If you can dream it, you can do it.
